Caffeine is the problem. Let yourself be tired if you're tired don't cover it up with coffee. It acts like a debt you will eventually pay back. Your baseline coffee drinker is less productive on caffe...
Without lots of coffee, I am asleep by 21:30 and wake up at 5:30, without an alarm. With lots of coffee, I can extend my day to 22:30 or even 23:30, and still get up at 5:30, with an alarm.
Small amounts of coffee don't seem to have a lasting effect, but I used to drink a lot of coffee.
