I think only a few don't. You can in mine, you just have to do the signage correctly so people know what additional fee is for the credit on top of the listed price before the sale. So not after the sale on a receipt sort of thing. It's a mess. I get why the bigger businesses don't do it. It's only small businesses in my area.
