My criticism is on their woke CEO and his awful leadership style. Dario is a typical leftie that wants to use the state to stifle competitors and has been crying wolf since day one, and this time the chickens came home to roost.

He has done more damage to his company with his endless howling and wailing like a spoilt brat. While he isn't directly in control of how uncle Sam chooses to respond to new tech, he is the one that kept prodding them, thus leading to a crazy precedent being set. The silver lining though is that thanks to his tomfoolery, the importance of open source and decentralized models has been highlighted well
