So we've been obsessed with crafting a special panettone bread using core ingredients from our farm. We are aiming to prepare two versions , Classic Panettone and Chocottone.

We plan to use our duck eggs (yolks) and most aromatics (vanilla) and inclusions (citrus, macambo). For the Chocottone, obviously we'll use our chocolate.





Posting here some images from a masterclass we took two years ago. They should look very similar.

If we are successful in our initial test bakes we'll offer an extremely limited amount to be available in November.
