Thanks. Passed that on. I occasionally suffer gout attacks and always thought it was a little random. In terms of diet, I'm dominantly carnivore, low fruit, no juices, no sugar, and never used seed oils (rarely eat out for that reason). I figured out mushrooms seemed to bring on attacks which I thought odd but just eliminated. I still get the odd attack though and its one simple thing. Hydration. I sometimes forget to hydrate enough if on long drives. For some reason, its something I really need to be consciously aware of. Just a thought as youdidnt mention hydration and not sure if that's something others do too. Great vid. Thanks!
