Challenging times for Zappool, but it's chugging along...

Pre-BIP110 Ocean has stopped lightning payouts -- still stopped.
The BIP110 hoopla did not really affect Zappool, surprisingly.
However, there are various new vulnerabilities around Lightning implementations.
