4 Męɖïꬻểṙ Burger

Have you ever wanted to eat chocolate for a meal but be healthy at the same time? Well do I have the recipe for you. The patty will consist of a nice, wet mixture of both custard and chocolate bread. My homemade custard was starting to get old and…Taste like yogurt. So I decided to recycle it and that’s why I made this thing in the first place, but you can use fresh custard and it should be fine! Chocolate bread is just chocolate bread. Mine is whole wheat. Refer to the first picture, I’ve mixed and mashed it together! (It is in plastic wrap because I cooked it later, chill it in the fridge first until it’s become harder or something)
Next, all you have to do is fry it like a burger. Depending on how much you have, it may not stick together too well, and it will be hard to flip. My large party broke into 3 smaller patties while I was trying to cook it, but I still got a nice brown sear on both sides anyway.
And now, for the fresh greens! Any greens will do I think. Here, I’ve got nappa cabbage, a slice of onion, and someone’s leftover salad. (they didn’t want it.)
And… That’s it! The result is a tasty, hearty, but also a sweet meal. I didn’t need any additional sauces! When you have a good variety of greens and a yummy patty like this, you won’t need any additional seasonings. Trust me on this!
Bon Appetit!
