I hear Belize is nice. I have a couple accounts with a forex broker down there that accepts Bitcoin. I haven't traded with them in several years but I liked that they didn't report anything to the IRS...
I really should visit there. Any country that used to be known for lines on men with briefcases handcuffed to their wrists at immigration coming in sounds good to me!
