@nprofile1q... reminds me of that time i went on a trip across germany in a friend’s turbocharged VW T1. no seatbelt, no airbag, no crumple zones, aged tires, no indication of how fast we were going because the speedometer only goes to 120 km/h (which this thing was never meant to reach in the first place) and the needle did a full rotation back to 0 where it was hitting the stop pin, and we couldn’t hear shit because of how loud it was in there between engine noise and death metal. the thing was a death trap but it was so much fun to watch other drivers in utter disbelief. you roll up in this thing and people start cheering while they’re going deaf
