Now that we have push we could do a feature where you get notified of a particular npubs new posts. Who would use this?
I can think of some use-cases for it, and a few people I would like to be alerted about when they post.
A separate "Favorites" feed might be nice, too. Though on #Amethyst feeds based on a list has filled this gap for me.
