I just hear Thomas Sowell every time I look around. I can't help it. Sad that it's true.

It's also hard describing what that actually looks like that to people who are for socialized healthcare in our existing culture/system. I argue we already have it, just go to your local ER and see what comes in. To be fair I hear most of this through family friends who are ER nurses in the city.
