Wasn’t keen on either tbh. Say a Little Prayer is a great song but the production left me cold, although big respect to the women still working, staying relevant for so long is clearly a huge achievement.

Neither song compelled me to listen past the first chorus.

Yeah, I‘m not blasting either of them. It just fascinates me that these two songs with such different moods, while both being mainstream pop, came out at the same time.
