Is this effective for sinus infections?
For sinus infections I would add to a nasal irrigator: salted saline w/ xylitol and a couple drops of methylene blue.
It hurts but it works. You can add to a nebulizer and breath if lung symptoms.
Taking grapefruit seed extract (Pure Encapsulations) with meals for a couple days is a good extra measure.
Use sparkling saline every day for at least a week after irrigating.
1/2 tsp of baking soda in water before bed to increase bodily CO2.
