I've used these qr establishments outdoor terrasses as a park bench. After having a nice walk I sit down to rest my legs and enjoy the view, maybe even take a sip from my bottle of water i have with me. If a waiter would come I may order, but else i just sit for 30 minutes stand up go to their loo and carry on my walk..
