I'm not sure I understand. Is the prison suspended or is he suspended in some way? I think the guy is scum, but prison seems excessive, for a crime that didn't involve violence.
it means he has to pay, and if he does anything within 2 years he gets 12 months in the can, but he is not going in unless he does another dumb shit thing for 2 years
