Tried some smoke tainted wine last summer from Niagara. It wasn't bad. But the producers, like you, have an art and a craft to achieve what they're going for and hate when something fucks a whole season up. And with this heat there's nothing better than a chilled rose (the Porch Pounder!)

New name for the produce: Burned Stack or Lost Keys

Love the names. The smoke tainted wine can ruin a legacy that takes decades to build if someone tries to without the proper context so it's scary to let it out there
