Can you do access control at the MOQ relay level? Would be nice to have a standard for that that worked similarly for ad-hoc public calls, for NIP-29 group level spaces, for NIP-17 chats. Are there multiple implementations? I only saw one in Rust and one in Go, but the Go one seems to be abandoned.
