Even if you found an item that was “Made in America” - for example - upwards of one-fifth of the inputs into that product would be sourced from China. Moreover, this is at the core of the entire rare earth issue. China controls inputs into everything nowadays. Rare earth access is but a symptom of a far greater problem.
