The criticisms crack me up. Most are akin to pocket watching.
I'm still waiting for someone to explain how STRC dropping below the $100 notional price has any impact on Strategy at all. Aside from slowing down their stacking, it really doesn't matter, it's not a peg. It does provide insight into the amount of liquidity available for a guaranteed 13+% pa return though.
My only criticism as a small shareholder is he let his ego drive stacking decisions in the latter half of last year. He behaved like a nube & went all in at the top. Everything else was caused by the bitcoin sell off.
