Rite now i can say that luckily no one I onboarded got to the level where they'd want/need the coldcards additional features
I tended to always give options,
Bitbox: easy, pracrical enough and safe
Coldcard: super features, super practical (if you like to tinker), pricy, but super secure (I was wrong on that one, at least for most people as they wouldn't roll dice)
Trezor: good reputation (but never used myself)
Jade: small and unpractical, but cheap and secure
