Glass packages have microholes - gas inside of those gets out after 10y (research done by Jocz, that's what Ive been informed while working on construction).
Later repleacing those is harder than inserting, frame of bigger outsider then inside.
Those big glass packages break more often than smaller, that's why in deals there was much shorter quarantee period.
These also get damaged by construction workers.
Gate and wall is a big plus. Id add something against electromagnetic shit in walls.
Also one shared space completely cut of from electromagnetic shit would be great, to talk in private from time to time.
