Should I show a ticker of live-events as a banner across the top of the home 🏠 page, or something?

Amethyst has something like that and I appreciate that feature. I feel like it helps exposure of lesser known apps or nostr implementations. I'm still shocked to see folks ignoring the existence of cornychat and hivetalk.

because like I am trying to expose they are not visible.. they should be on top of any client like zapstream live on primal

I have Hivetalk as the call jump-client, at the moment, but I could add CornyChat in the settings, and let users switch. 🤔 Adding a live-ticker could be another option, with default ON. I have to think a bit, of how best to implement that. Maybe I'll check out how Amethyst does it.
