I started on Windows 3.11 as a kid, lived on every Windows release as an IT geek and IT admin all my life, until I quit TradFi and started preferring Ubuntu 4y ago.
Never going back.
The UI and performance is incomparable, plus not having all the bloatware and funky UI changes...
I'd never even consider touching Apple.
