Skimmed this. I love your emphasis on robust knowledge and epistemological frameworks and other philosophical things in the AI. I've also considered the absolute need for that stuff in any general AI.
Like it simply is not a general AI if it doesn't have that. It's rather either a danger or a plaything, another tool. A danger much like human beings who are irrational.
