We’re already having a hard time with spam and search.

There are very few people that operate scalable/resillient Nostr infra.

We need building in another direction

Also we can’t scale with just “throw more hobbyist infra at it”. No incentive to provide a reliable service and too short lived Instead of 10k self hosted open relays you could have 50 properly managed relays, still have censorship resistance and would be more reliable.
