I'm still surprised the Reticulum (and Meshtastic) gang hasn't jumped on bitchat. They're super clever and passionate, but actually kind of poo poo it. Very tribalesque. Seems to me that bitchat solves their tricky hardware issue and Reticulum solves bitchat's range issue.
