The idea that you can “flood the courts system” with not guilty pleas is also fallacious. Trump is aggressively hiring immigration judges right now because the caseload is increasing. They can just convene court in random offices (they actually do this a lot historically with magistrates when there is a lot of people charged for something at once) and hire additional judges. There are so many TTT lawyers that are unemployed, there is a near infinite supply of jurists that they can tap to oversee court procedures for people with losing cases who are making a desperate attempt to plea not guilty in solidarity.
