Don't know about the pump but we can't be in a bear market as we had no bull market.
A bull starts from the moment we break the previous ath, not when we recover from the previous -85%.
In that sense inflation ajusted we barely reached the levels of 2021 so...no bull run happened from my point of view tbh. We 've been sidewaying for yeard now.
