indeed but it's kinda contrarian, and if you dig into what it refers to, it's a stretch that jumps to a conclusion - the reality is it's essentially gov-book and it's not mandatory and it doesn't mean merging all the platforms. more likely they have it in mind as a ban the rest and control the stack and lock it as an obligation for EU citizens to use it
