It's not like these aren't good things to learn! They are really good to learn and everyone should know them. It's just that these things are really hammered into (people raised as) girls. People aren't generically "socialized", they are socialized into a system of gender, race, class, etc., and so if you're looking for people who do not take naturally to socializing, it will often not look the same across genders.
It's like, if you've worked a lot in fast food/food service/retail, it changes you, right? It makes you a different person than someone who's only ever worked in an office, or on a farm. it's kind of like that. i think.
(P. S. A really useful thing I learned from my years in Guiding (Girl Guides, etc.) was how to do an event, like a dinner. Like how to get a venue, advertise it, plan, buy and prepare food, serve people, decorate, clean up after, etc. It's not like a thing I would do for fun, but it's a good thing to have to do.)
