Get the Fit version, it fits better. And yes, it works, measured on HRV. Good thing if you are chronically stressed and need immune or gut support (both are greatly modulated by the vagus nerve).

Nice. I found that placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth works as well. I later looked it up online and was positively surprised to find people writing about it.

Nice project! CruxCoach has quite a lot in common with your pulsetto app. I was also annoyed that they force you to log in and stay online all the time and had to do some reverse engineering to reconstruct the BLE communication with the climbing board.
