Bitcoin Nairobi Conference just concluded last Friday in @Afribit Kibera where Bitcoiners walked through the Bitcoin valley, supporting merchants accepting Bitcoin payments and witnessing first hand what life on a Bitcoin standard looks like. Upcycling initiatives displayed their proof-of-work, Upcycled glasses, hand made Art, merchandise, peanut butter and beadwork, as proof that grassroots Bitcoin only initiatives are building without asking for permission. Special thanks to everyone who came through @Fedi booth, asked questions and left with a set up wallet and some stickers. Now the signal is back to communities and we're building at a maximum speed.
