Over time you might get a few regulars, but it’s best not to expect everyone in the town to suddenly react to this by showing up with fat Lightning wallets and zapping for their dinner. One way you can make it easier is to offer rewards to customers where they can get discounts for paying in bitcoin, but you’ll also need a way to educate your customers and help them learn how to stack on their own. It’s going to be a challenge.
