I made a post revision tool in https://smesh.mleku.dev. You give it your (for now, Claude only) API key — it has a separate wallet — and you compose your prompt.
The app has a preamble that tells it what to do, so it won't paste in an extra thing saying it edited it. Then, voila.
There is a toggle that makes it run automatically when you hit the post/reply button. If you don't enable that, there is a sparkles button instead.
I built it with this same approach, and sometimes it strips something out, but it pretty much always gets it right. Then again, I'm using Opus 4.6, which is really, really good.
