How are steam keys generated?
1. Randomly generate a key and if it's taken, generate another one and loop.
2. There is a database of (millions) available keys, when it runs out make more with step 1.
3. Key aren't random, it's a algorithm (seems dangerous if figured out).
4. Something I haven't thought of because I'm just a simple game designer.
