@Beerye amethyst is the one that exposes the option properly and the desktop side is thin. worth splitting the problem though. an anonymous zap only hides your nostr identity on the zap request, the payment still leaves whatever wallet you used, so a custodial account ties it back to you anyway. paying from your own node or an ecash mint is the half most people skip.
