I'm not talking about the MN situation. People do that everywhere period it's sad that people stop & record while asking someone else to do something. One time I was somewhere in a parking lot & a car went on fire it was going to blow. Everyone ran out of the building surrounded the car with their phones out. I got blocked in by people who wanted to record while firemen & cops showed up screaming at people to get back.

They didn't give a fuck they got closer & I had to basically threaten to run people over in order to get out of there I was blocked in completely by firetrucks & people trying to record. I got out obviously the explosion was huge & there were casualties lesson learned.
