I'm against both.

And I'm too black to make a surprised face that a bunch of black people were hustling taxpaxer money and don't even feel guilty about it. That feeling of impunity, and of being "below the law", is pervasive. The fact that other people do the same because they feel "above the law", doesn't make it okay.
