Well, I´ll sign all of it, except for Bitcoin hyperbitcoinization.
I think there is a tipping point where Bitcoin becomes the new norm. Why use the bad stuff when the good one is obvious?! Myspace is worthless since Facebook came up. Every Travel agency is obsolet since the Internet ramped up.
Nobody uses SMS anymore (well I actually know one weirdo...) since Whatsapp came along.
The difference between those things and Bitcoin...Bitcoin is money. And my assumption is, that money changes only slow.
Everybody is "better safe than sorry".
But, even if you are right on this point, your last point says it all.
