I thought the interest rate was variable, not guaranteed?

I honestly don't know how it's supposed to work. Only heard vaguely that it's supposed to pay 11.5% annually (no taxes too, I think?), so would welcome a short explanation if you don't mind giving one. Not something I plan to invest in, but I guess it might be good to know what I'm talking about.

I’m no expert either but from what I understand Strategy will attempt to peg strc at $100, by adjusting the dividend payout and/or buying back or issuing more strc. I’m not sure why other stonks/bonds/assets cannot offer the same tax treatment but apparently the way the dividends are paid out, ...
