I've spent a lot of time thinking about what it means that God exists outside of time. It is obviously true, but hard to relate to because there is nothing to reference. Bitcoin may give us a fresh perspective on this.

I think it does. We get a chance to stand outside an implementation of time and think about it's requirements. We still have to pick apart what is incidental to Bitcoin's implementation and what is essential. But what is irreducible there must be the metaphysical requirement of time from the outside...
