Interesting take, what I am observing is not much different, yes companies are pushing top-down ready products for the employees to use or be replaced by, but not to empower users on how to use the tech in their benefit, that requires doing due diligence, early birds are making a difference in science and technology advancement and at a personal level, those who are learning are becoming much more productive
