Why do beans take so long to cook? 😭
I soaked them for 20+ hours. Next time I make ham and bean soup, I'll use a pressure cooker

Making hamhock soup atm as well! I went the canned option because I’m lazy 😂

If beans are over a year old they take longer to cook in my experience
