I don't think so, no. I believe it removes the assumption that the state has powers over your role as a parent.

so if i understand you correctly that would just mean that social services can't ever take their child should something sinister happen (either on the side of parents or on the side of some nefarious actor trying to make trouble for the parents for some reason)? Like im the case of those people on twitch who were 'informing' aka lying to child social services about a couple that they hated and the cpuple had to deal woth police and child services as a result? In this case the couldn't come?
I mean, is that the point or am i missing some other practical result of this?

No, I don't think it means this. If a parent harms their child that's still wrong. i.e. If an adult kills an illegal immigrant, they will still be trailed for murder. It's more that you have rules and procedures that the state requires you to follow because it is assumed that the state has greater ...
