They just announced that it will be client side now so hopefully we won't have to ask anymore.

I tried that at two places in the past few days, and the icon in the top left does not show up. My guess is they're either rolling it out to certain places, or they're not telling us that payments option has to be turned on - that the video they showed is only for merchants who've opted in.
