Looking good. For longevity, durability, drainage, resistance to bowing, and openness to the actual earth, you may want to consider lining them with black heavy poly that wraps anything that touches the earth or wet soil (while remaining open to drain or accept earthworms), and cross 2x4s at the midpoint of the long dimension, that get half submerged in soil that also get wrapped in poly. Just based on what I’ve seen of these after some years of use.
