I also have this problem, but I am assuming it is because my search relays were configured using Amethyst, so they are all encrypted in the "content" field of my kind 10007 event.

Now I am wondering if Wisp is decrypting my search relay list and using my relays or falling back to the default because it appears my list is empty.
