I got one more batch of the aromatic broth / stock to do. Then I think my last batch is going to be a heavy ramen style broth with lots of hard boiling. Chuck all my remaining bones in there and just let it rip with some light Asian aromatics.

MORE BROTH. Also, I'm not sure if I've shared this, but I think one of my favorite parts about making broth, especially if you have neck bones or something like that with a little bit of meat on it, is you always save the meat afterwards for a tasty little snack or to put in rice Show more
