Not really. With the same price a look at your bank transfers will be enough to know you use proton (when you pay by banktransfer).

And when Proton says to whoever, which person holds which account, then they do not need different prices for this.

Whend they do not do it, an outsider can also not find out without protons help. Prices have no use for tracking.

The thing is payment fingerprinting would also work outside bank payments. If you declare a btc sell equivalent to the proton subscription every month, they know you have a proton account. And if the prices you pay match the tailored quantities of a singular proton account they can KYC your crypto-p...
