Did anyone get the explosive diarrhea parasite a couple months ago called Cyclosporiasis? I never got tested but pretty sure I had it in late July.
Now two months later I have the exact same symptom...
That stuff is nasty enough that even though I tend to not want to take antibiotics, I would for that.
If you've got a new round of that, then you need to get it out of your system by any means necessary or long term your health will suffer. A round of antibiotics will do less damage long term than not taking care of this.
You can also try antiparasitics if you can get them. (It doesn't seem to be particularly hard) there are natural antiparasitic recipes, but... Acute issues sometimes need acute treatments.
I do hope you figure out an acceptable treatment for your needs. That's no fun at all.
